Cara Kem, director of marketing

Cara is a wonderful resource for the Kaiser Back Institute.  She is our contact person for all community, corporate, educational and event planning.  As initially a patient while pursuing a broadway career, Cara came to appreciate first hand the expert and personalized care that Dr. Kaiser gives to all his patients.  The intense physical demands of the performing arts continue to challenge her body and bring with it, its share of injuries.  Keeping in peak performance and quickly resolving injuries has helped her tremendously through the years she has been a patient. 

Cara has been helping to grow our network of only highly skilled professionals and aiding in our goal of managing New Yorkers stress and poor health, one back at a time.  Dr. Kaiser donates his stress management services such as massage therapy, relaxation training, stress reduction seminars, nutritional lectures and wellness events throughout the year.  If you are intersted in finding out more about our off site events for your company or school, please contact Cara at her email.
